One phone (the obvious one on the table) did not work.

It is a good motel, and I would stay there again. Fairly convenient to my visit with my son in his apartment on the west side.

Very attractive, decent free breakfasts.
Room smelled like smoke.

The room was very nice, however, the minute we opened the door to the supposed non-smoking room, we were hit by the strong stench of smoke. Pool was very nice, but other guests smoking in the pool area was very offensive.

Our room was on the 5th floor. There was no operating ice machine until the first floor. Overall the hotel is showing its age. Mattress was not firm enough for my taste. Staff was courteous and responsive. Breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff.

I'd ordered a non-smoking room and received a smoking one. The issue was resolved immediately by a front desk clerk. Other than that the hotel was pretty good.

They gave my little dog a bone. It was very sweet.
We had to call 4 times about the people above us jumping on the floor.

The hotel was great with the exception of the 4 calls we had to make about the folks upstairs running and jumping. We heard the noise for several hours that night. The staff finally asked to move us. However, we did not feel we were the ones that should be inconvenienced by a move.
