The location is good and has a good free breakfast with waffles and more. It is somewhat outdated, but clean. Staff was friendly.

WiFi a bit unreliable, ice machine only on 2nd floor.

My husband and I were staying in Cleveland a few days to attend a concert and this was a good place for a short stay. (We usually prefer hotels with kitchenettes for longer stays.) It's not right downtown, but I-77 goes right past so it's very convenient to get to just about any part of the city. At the same time, the hotel is set back far enough from the road that it's very quiet at night, which I liked. Rooms were very well kept and clean and everything looked fairly new. Public areas were airy and pleasant. I would stay here again. read more

Not a great place. Older hotel, no laundry facilities and my room had an odor. I was glad it was only one night.

Convenience to places I need to go. Lots of restaurants near by. Close location to a copy center. Staff was friendly. They removed the snow between cars.
No rail at the rear entrance where there are steps.

A great place for a business traveler. Would have like to have exercise facilities on site.
