Very pleased with my stay at this location. No problems with anything in the room. Clean, and the A/C worked great. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

They provided full breakfast including all manner of pastry and hot food including ham, egg, and cheese omelet.
I liked everything about the hotel.

The motel was ensconced in a corner of the street and seemed very romantic. The room I stayed in was very spacious. The bathroom was unusually large. The best part was the full breakfast. I was expecting the usual continental breakfast not knowing it was going to be a full breakfast complete with yogurt, pancake, omelet, fresh fruits, fruit drinks, pastry, cereals, etc. It was awesome! The hotel was quiet too with a good view from my window, into a wilderness of sorts. read more

The staff, cleanliness, location.
The floor was marked non smoking and there were people smoking on our floor next too us.

When we arrived everything was in order when we checked in. We were immediately directed to our room in less than 10 minutes. When we needed help to reach our destination, the front counter clerk on duty Mapquest our directions so that we would not get lost. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and accommodating. We were able to eat breakfast before leaving for our adventure and had a wonderful time in a place that we had never been in before. Checking out was a breeze and everyone we met kept a smile and asked if there were anything we needed. You could actually tell that the staff was customer focused. read more

The desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
We tried to order a movie in the room, but the service wasn't working.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The decor was fresh and appealing. The continental breakfast had a nice variety.

Convenient location; reasonable price.
Internet access; couldn't log in, tech support did not call back to assist; could not complete work.

Hotel is conveniently located in the north Gwinnett area to shopping and business. As a business traveler internet access is a priority. Couldn't connect, called their service provider who was unable to assist, and told me a higher level of technical support would call but they did not. That was very frustrating as the service was committed to being offered; their provider failed making my time to catch up on emails, etc non-productive. read more
