I liked the open lobby and garden/pool area where the rooms opened into the pool area.
The T.V color was not good

Because we got such a good rate,I was some what worried about the hotel and its surroundings in the city so I was very happy and"wowed" to finda beautiful hotel with all the extras and also comfortable beds such is really the most important feature.

Air conditioner in two different rooms not working, Never did cool down much couldnt sleep for the heat, water in pool a little murky

Loved it. The location was a little hard to find but worth it. The staff was wonderful. I was impressed with the staff. The only problem was the air not working, though we moved to another room, that air didnt work either. We barely slept all night. The air is controlled by the office but even after it was on for hours, it never did cool off. Otherwise, I loved it alot. I will stay again, but maybe not when it is hot weather. read more

Nothing.

It is a great location to all shopping in the area.The breakfast was very satisfying. I will use this hotel again when in Dallas.

The hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff was friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was that our bathroom door did not lock.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I took my youth group from Amarillo to Dallas for the week end and this hotel was accessible to everything we did and was very comfortable for our entire group (24 people) we will stay there on our next trip to Dallas.
