Staff was extremely accommodating.
Non-smoking room smelt badly of stale smoke, woke up with bad allergies.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom just a tad small for two travelers trying to get ready in the morning, loved the girl working the evening desk, very helpful with directions everywhere we went. There was an event in town and she had copies of the directions to the location already printed and on the counter for all the guests going there. Location to the interstate was very nice. Not far from downtown, but still minutes from airport. Nice place. read more

The evening desk person was very friendly and helped get accommodations on the ground floor. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and driver friendly.

The front desk staff at 11:00 pm was very friendly and accommodating.
This hotel did not have an elevator. This would be difficult for older or disabled travelers.
