The room and bed was comfortable.
Fridge in room was iced up, but everything else was great.

The hotel was clean, breakfast choices were many. I noticed that in the lobby there was a computer for children to use while parents were able to eat breakfast. This to me is a plus for families. Pets were allowed and you could not tell that this was a pet friendly hotel, everything was clean.

It was great being able to travel comfortably with my pet.
The room needed a few repairs (broken handles on bathroom door, patched place in carpet and scuff marks on all doors.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but it was fairly clean and met all of our needs. I felt safe and it was a good location, to stay when traveling with pets.

Location only.
Not clean, need to be remodel, breakfast terrible. went out to eat breakfast.

The staff was helpful, But the rooms very old. Needed to be remodel, Bathroom needed caulking and paint. I don't think this hotel has updated it rooms in years. Breakfast if you call it breakfast was terrible. No choices at all.

The hotel was in a very convenient area.
The bed wasn't comfortable, the air didn't cool as well as we wanted (70), and the pool was too close to the rooms and it was noisy with only 3 people.

It was a good place to stay, as far as the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the air conditioners really should be checked because it was reading as 64 degrees and it was warm (I like it about 70-72 like most. it doesn't have to be a freezer). Something should really be done about the pool. There weren't that many people outside; however, everything could be heard. I'm glad that they only allow the pool to stay open till 10PM. The room was very nice but the bed was uncomfortable. It wasn't a nice night with a semi-warm and issues with what we came there for in the first place, which was a place to sleep. I will probably not return to this hotel and I'd try to find another hotel in the future to prevent this from happening. read more

Great staff.
Needs a little updating.

Great stay. Great breakfast, great rates. Highly advise people looking for a comfortable place to stay right in the heart of Alpharetta's shopping district.

Hotel was clean and the design was nice.
The swimming pool was not yet open on our weekend of May 16th.

We enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel was nice and clean. The location was great.

Hotel staff was very helpful - they went out of their way to help us find a local attraction.
Swimming pool was closed - but it was a new location and was understandable.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us find a local attraction (Stone Mountain) that we had not originally planned on visiting. Room was very clean, everything worked as it should, and security was excellent. I would gladly stay there again.
