Room was tidy and clean, bed was VERY comfortable

I used to live in Jacksonville, so was familiar with the area the hotel was in. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly and accomodating. I brought the dog along, and was very pleased there was no extra charge for a pet's stay! Overall, would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room a bit old; could use a touch up of paint & bathroom door.

Overall, a good, convenient place to stay in Jacksonville. The staff prides them self on being guest aware-and they even called my room to see if I had any needs they could take care of. They had directions to my evening destination already printed before knowing my plans, which I take to mean they are good at anticipating the needs and interests of their guests.
