Bed was very comfortable.
Room was facing highway and airport and was very noisy.

The first room we received required a key to open the door. We were given a computer card to open the door. Having to return to the lobby, the desk clerk was unaware of this type of room. She then reassigned us another room.

Nice looking, tidy, friendly staff, nice shower curtain set up, nice shower head.
Poor security, bath tub clean but not very desireable. too easy for bad element to wander in.

Area of town scary at night. Strange man wandered into elevator and exited on the same floor as we did, wandered up and down the hall; he was not a guest. The mattresses were too firm, no bed spread. Nice clean sheets! and plenty of pillows. Nice furniture. TV too small. Did not hear any noise from other rooms or the street.

Hotel was convenient to Graceland, was nice inside for the most part.
Area didn't feel very safe. There was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom.

The hotel pictures were great, but upon arrival I could tell it was an older building that had been renovated. Seemed that not all renovations were complete. Beds were comfy. Mold on ceiling of bathroom. Scary neighborhood, but close to Graceland. Staff was very helpful. Dining area was very nice. Food was good. Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again, but only due to the area. read more

Room was clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Had plenty of towels. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Hotel was clean & quiet. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great and would recommend that they gave receipts at checkout, especially when a credit card is used.

The Staff were friendly anf helpful. The continental breakfast was great .

This Hotel was clean and the staff were fantastic.Having a coin operated washer and dryer was a nice touch.

The room had lots of space.
The breakfast area was very crowded.

This is a great hotel for the price. My husband and I traveled with our teenager and our two younger kids. The room had a fridge and microwave in it, which was nice. My only complaint was breakfast was only served from 6am till 9am. The staff told us we had to leave at 9am on the dot and the area was very crowded. This made us feel rushed and didn't get in a good breakfast for our whole family. read more
