The rooms were clean and organized.
The first hotel staff dealt with was a little rude.

The La Quinta Inn Arlington Heights, is a wonderful hotel. Close to numerous amenities such as dining (Jameson's Charhouse) and shopping (Walmart, Michael's, Home Depot), the hotel's location made all of my needs accessible. I not only wanted to be close the the Charhouse next door but need to be in a location where I could pick up odds and ends at whim and this location provided it. Furthermore, the continental breakfast provided was delightful and the large flat-screen television was unexpected treat to watch while dining. read more

No toilet paper nor tissue, had to go to the desk!

Upon check in, around 6:00pm, needed to use the bathroom. The room appeared to be ready, but the bathroom had no tissue products. I went to the desk and asked for some, the attendant looked annoyed, but handed me the paper products. Did not even apologize. Nice eh?

The young lady at the desk was very helpful in directing me to where I was going for my work.
Everything was great!

I enjoyed my visit and will plan to stay there again the next time I am working in that area. Great help and excellent continental breakfast!
