Right near Buck Owens place.
A bit in the busy section, not enough tv channels.

Well this hotel I thought after seeing it was right at the intersection of 99 and rose dale I was afraid it would be to noisy but the air conditioning unit was private and after I shut the door you forgot you where that near the freeway. The Manager was so nice along with the staff.

The staff was nice and accommodating even though it was a busy weekend.
My bathtub was extremely dirty.

Overall the hotel stay was mediocre and the staff was nice.

A great hotel.....no frills. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay without the price of a fancy hotel, this one is fantastic!
