The maid service was very friendly and understanding.
The drink machine did not operate correctly.

The hotel was a little difficult to find if you were not familiar with the city.

It seemed very clean, which is a must when traveling with a crawler!
Could have used auto doors when pushing a stroller and everything else!

This hotel was a great place to stay for a night. My 16 month old and I stayed for one evening, and it was very clean, even the tub! The staff was very friendly and were able to transfer me from the fourth floor to the ground floor. The breakfast was fairly nice, my son was able to eat most of what was offered. Don't Google the directions from coming south! Got lost for an hour trying to find it! The staff got me set straight and were very helpful here too! read more

Facilities were in extreme need of an update.

While the hotel was clean, and the hotel staff was friendly, the hotel itself was in very poor shape. Decor was extremely dated, paint was peeling, furniture was obviously old. Also, there was no shampoo in my room. I had to call to have some delivered. Having to wait for this put me behind schedule and caused me to miss breakfast. Location and staff was good, but the facility itself was extremely shabby. read more
