Lobby/check-in desk could look better.

This hotel is clean, neat with comfortable room. All clean. Continental breakfast is food. Staff is accommodating.

The hotel and my room were neat, clean and attractive.
The toilet in my room began to malfunction midway throught my stay.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was neat, clean and attractive and the employees were courteous. The continental breakfast was good, with a sufficient variety of food from which to choose. It was conveniently located to shopping and eating and the expressway. There was no microwave or micro-fridge. The toilet in my room malfunctioned midway through my stay and I was offered a different room. read more

Staff was friendly and helpful at both check-in and breakfast.
Beds were a little soft for me.

Checkin was easy and desk staff friendly. The room was an average hotel room but clean. Since we were staying just one night it served its purpose. The morning staff was helpful when my son had difficulty figuring out the waffle machine and everything seemed well-stocked for breakfast.

I did like the set up of the room!
The outside was not attractive and the halls smelled like smoke.

An okay room -
it was not a 3 star hotel - the halls smelled like smoke and the entrances were not that appealing (stairwells).

Attentive staff, nice location, well kept.

My spouse and I were only anticipating being in town for one night (Thursday), but some tickets became available for the Illinois - Minnesota homecoming game on Saturday. Nonetheless, the staff was able to extend our stay the additional night we needed, and we were able to keep the same room. A very pleasant stay.

A little noisy.

We were looking for a place to sleep, and little else. For price, this hotel was perfect. The room was clean and appeared to have been renovated somewhat recently. The room size was sufficient. In fact, it easily could have had queen beds instead of full and a chair. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is excellent for anyone in town to shop, and not bad for anyone in town for university events. read more
