Clean bathroom, new shower curtain and bedspreads.
Bad location, small room, and unhelpful desk clerks.

I was very unhappy with this hotel. It was not up to par with the other 2+ hotels we have stayed at in this area, and we have been at quite a few recently due to a family members illness. The walls were very thin, we could hear everything in the next room. The desk clerk could not give us local directions. I had to call twice to get help with the thermostat.

There was a bed in the room, and it has a bathroom.
It's filthy, the location is horrible.

This place just isn't a 2.5 star hotel, it's a barely passable 2 star hotel. It's in the parking lot of a train station which is under construction so getting to and from the hotel is difficult. Inside, it's a cheap makeover of a low-end hotel. It's the sort of place you wear your socks to the bathroom because the carpet is dirty looking. The bed linens are worn and dirty looking. My desk chair had a huge stain in it. The corridors smelled terrible from cigarette smoke. read more

Very nice hotel, a further drive than I thought to Cleveland but very easily. Very clean.

Staff was unprofessional; hotel was noisy; I was given a smoking room when I don't smoke.

The hotel was run down, the staff was unprofessional: not wearing an uniform, just street close. The staff was openly checking me out and as a single female traveler I felt very uncomfortable. I was only there for a very short night, thankfully and will not return to this hotel!

Room was not clean.

Airport close to hotel and shuttle service to and from airport was efficient and friendly. Hotel room was dirty and had a horrible odor. Have no desire to stay there again.
