All rooms feature loads of amenities, including free high-speed Internet access, a micro-fridge, and coffee maker. We serve a Free Bright Side BreakfastTM daily. USA Today and Florida Today newspapers are available in our spacious lobby Monday-Friday. Enjoy the heated outdoor Swimming Pool; try your skill at Shuffleboard. Guests get complimentary access to a 21,000 square foot health and fitness center next door. Located just north of downtown, enjoy easy access to all area attractions: Swim, sun, sand, and surf at Cocoa Beach. At the Port, either fish, charter a boat, take a cruise, or try your luck on the casino ships. We have the closest beach to many popular Florida attractions (Disney, Sea World, Universal). It did not measure up to the star rating. It gave the apperance of being unsafe.

The beds were extremely hard. The appearance let you know this was an older motel. The set up made you feel less safe.

Tiki bar at pool was shabby.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was really nice and clean, staff was friendly, and there were no hassles. It's right across the street from beach access. On the south side of Cocoa Beach, so close to the old downtown, but on the far side of port or KSC access.

not much
had to change rooms several times, needs major renovations.

Had 3 rooms reserved for my family members. 1st go around, all three rooms had strong smoking oder. 2nd round, 2 rooms ok, third had terrible oder. 3rd round, AC stopped working & flooded to the room - 10 PM ...had to change again. Stains on carpet in room. Economy towels. Smoking everywhere, outside rooms face parkng lot, no elevators, and look sleazy. Breakfast was not too bad, pool area decent. A 1 star hotel at best. read more
