Old, tired box springs, making bed unbearable. No elevator!

Overall, this hotel is about on par with other economy properties. The fact that they present themselves as somewhat upscale is misleading.

Great staff! Clean room, has frig and microwave.
Thin walls (a bit noisy), mattress was very soft.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful- excellent customer service. The room was very clean, nice sheets and very clean bathroom with good towels. The room had a mini-frig and microwave. Cons: The room was small, the closet was small and only had 3 hangers. The water tasted funky. We also had problems with the wireless internet connection, which wasn't resolved by getting the direct-connect cable from the front desk. But the business center was accessible 24/7, so it wasn't too big an issue. The pool was great, but the hot tub wasn't really hot enough, and the jacuzzi jets were quite weak. read more

The pool had way too much chlorine in it.

The pool had way too much chlorine in it. The hotel was very clean and was maintained very well. I always like when they give you a few extra towels so you don't have to ask for them. The towels and bedding were soft compared to a lot of motels.

Very well equipped rooms, excellent maintenance, helpful staff.

Use of wood in the hotel gives it a pleasant lodge feel. Well-done indoor pool & spa make this hotel very kid-friendly.

Friendly staff. Good location. Wall paper in room was torn. Extension cords for room in view and on floor. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good place to stay overnight for business.

The pool and hot tub were open 24 hrs.
The hotel seemed to have a bit of deferred maintenance and less than average repairs.

It was ok but I was unimpressed based on the good reviews that it had received.

2 person Jacuzzi tub.
The bed was uncomfortable.

The stay was good. The Hot Tub was not working and since that is what we were looking forward to the most, the front desk upgraded us to a room with a 2 person Jacuzzi! Everyone was friendly!
