Nobody told us about breakfast at the Hotel, we spend $45.00 at Danny's.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to all attractions we visited.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. I like the fact that the hotel is pet friendly but maybe all guest with pet could be located on the same floor.

The hotel was very clean, great location, and the security was top notch.
Parking was very expensive. $17.50 to be exact (for one night).

The hotel staff was very helpful. Our room was ready on time. The concierge called soon after we checked in to make sure the room was to our liking. A clean room, an amazing view of San Antonio from our window, and an excellent work-out facility made this hotel feel like a 4-star. The hotel is located within walking distance from The Riverwalk, The Alamo, and many other tourist attractions. And to top it off, after arriving back to our hotel a security guard was there to escort us from the parking lot to the front of the hotel. I mean WOW! The front desk staff was excellent and efficient. Close to Riverwalk and close to bus to Sea World.
No problems, everything was great.

The staff was excellent, the location was great, the room was very good, the pool was really nice. Location close to Riverwalk and bus to sea world. Excellent, really nice.

The view to the pool.
The front desk person was rude. I ask him a question and I got no reply from him.

Need to improve on having friendly employees that are able to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I did not wanted to even check in due to the rude greeting arrival at time of check in. That was my only bad experience with him that could have ruined my stay but I learn to ignore people like him. Always being negative (He need to watch the Secret) and learn from it. I think he is in the wrong profession if you ask me. read more

Great location for us.
Staff not very helpful - with the exception of housekeeping.

Pretty good hotel for the location. The breakfast was really good and they had several options. the staff was not very helpful nor all that friendly. We had a non-smoking room with ash trays and it was the last room on the hall that was a smoking hall. Well, it appeared and smelled that way. our hallway stunk but our room did not.

No lounge chair in the room.

I was unexpectedly pleased with how the hotel was set up. It was surprisingly beautiful and way above what we expected.
