The location is ideal and close to several attractions.

It is very nice and clean. However I have not had the pleasure of staying in the new rooms. Previous stay was on the same floor so I believe it is the old sections of the hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean.

This hotel is in a very good location across the street from the Rivercenter mall and access to the riverwalk. The room was a bit smaller than a 3.5 star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. A very nice complementary breakfast is was served in the morning. Be aware that in-and-out parking privileges cost $18 per day.

Cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive.
I have nothing to say here, I found everything fine about the hotel.

Our stay at your hotel was a pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were impressive and the check in to the hotel was very speedy and the staff were efficent to be sure that we knew about the breakfast, the parking and offered assistance if anything was needed further. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable & the beds were comfortable.
The parking lot near the hotel was very small

The hotel itself was very nice but the parking lot was small. There was no room in the lot when we got to the hotel that night so the hotel provided valet service to a remote parking area which gave us limited access to our vehicle. Other than that we had a pleasant visit.

*great staff (friendly) *clean hotel inside and out (rooms included) *great location to downtown (short walking distance to everything) or catch the trolley/streetcar for $1.10, it beats parking! *great bar/lounge! *definitely recommend it.

Very convenient to downtown, well maintained and clean.

The La Quinta Inn-Downtown San Antonio was extremely easy to find and access from the highway was good. The staff was very courteous and very helpful with information about the area.
