Accommodations were good for our group.
Needed an elevator.
Though not new the facility was clean and offered comfortable lounging and sleeping space in the room. The free breakfast was adequate and the staff was
friendly and helpful.

We wanted a non smoking room and it had been smoked in. My husband has asthma and he got sick that night.
We were not pleased at all we asked for help and didn't receive any. We had driven 12 hrs and were exhausted.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly!
This hotel was very nice for the time that we spent there. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, and my husband really enjoyed making his own waffles in the morning! We will definitely stay there again on our way down to Florida to visit family!

It had 2 queen beds with sleeper sofa.
The hotel was old, outdated, and dingy with no elevator.
The hotel was old, outdated and dingy, even the bedspread was unravalling and torn. Sofa sleeper had candy wrapper and trash underneath. I've never stayed in one w/o an elevator.

Hotel staff.
Cleanliness, location, lack of variety of breakfast.
Nice hotel staff, but as a female traveler I felt a little unsafe because of the location and there was a guest that I assume was living there and he made me a little uncomfortable. The stairs up to my room had trash all over them including bones from chicken wings.

Nice lobby and breakfast area.
No elevators-had to carry luggage to 2nd floor.
We were given a room upstairs which required us to carry luggage to the 2nd floor when there appeared to be many available rooms on the 1st floor.

Nothing.
Everything.
This hotel was understaffed and the staff that was there was not helpful at all. The bathroom door got locked and the staff did not have any idea on how to unlock the door. The pool area was not clean at all. There was dog poop in and around the pool. No extra towels were to be found. The sheets had holes in them. The window had a large hole in it also. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this point. read more

Even with late arrival the staff was pleasant and helpful.
A burn mark on the floor from a prior person putting a hot iron on the carpet.
Great experience in this two star motel. Close to shopping, staff friendly and helpful. Could use some extra blankets and pillows in the king room with pull out couch. Very clean and family friendly.

It had a good location.
Plaster was peeling off our wall and the toilet was not secured well so was very unstable.
The hotel was not kept up very well, it had definitely seen better days. Our room was on the second floor and the hotel didn't have an elevator so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The continental breakfast was not stocked very well and the things they did have were all generic brands so the taste was not very good. The room was okay, however there was plaster peeling off of the wall and the toilet was not secured well so it was very unstable (and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet at all). Will not stay there again and will not recommend it to any friends going there. read more
