Nothing.
Everything.
Bad neighborhood. Uncooperative staff. Not enough towels for guests in room-desk would not give any more. Very old and poor quality hotel. Would never stay there again.

Evening front desk attendant 10/20/09 was nice and helpful.
Noisy, toilet ran all night, old TV.
I/we have stayed in several Denton area hotels in the past 1 1/2 years and this LaQuinta in our opinion is not a 2 1/2 star hotel! a 2 at best, but more like a 1 1/2.

Everything, not a 2 1/2 rating, should be a 1.
I checked it, went to the room assigned, turned up the heat control and was about gassed by the unit. It set off the smoke alarm and almost started a fire. Then the next room, I was laying in bed, noticed flea like bugs on the white blanket, flipped open the covers and found 3 bugs in the bed. I checked out immediately and went to another Hotel

Convenience and proximity.
Leak from AC caused floor to be soaked by the bed.
Clean, efficient, and comfortable hotel. For the price, excellent.

Easy to get to.
We arrived around midnight and there was a lot of noise from others.
Hotel is okay, but has thin walls. We could hear neighbors.

Yesenia Villarreal was awesome!
The door to our room wouldn't open and we had to be moved to another room.
The guest service was no less than phenomenal from the young man who checked us in and apologized multiple times to the young lady at the desk in the morning with the beautiful smile and helpful attitude (Yesenia Villarreal)!

Not much of anything, but it was a place to sleep.
Very basic, overpriced for what it has to offer.

Only the location.
Cleanlyness, apperance, estethic repairs were horrible.
The owners should take some pride in the property. It does not need to be fancy. but the profiting property deserves to have some money spent on it for repairs and maintenance. It just reeks as if they are just taking all the money out of the property. I will never be back nor use this hotel company anywhere again. If they don't care, then
I won't care either.

Helpful staff, clean room.
Bad bug problem, dated and worn furnishings.
Rooms were very clean, but I can't recommend staying at this hotel unless they solve their bug problem.

Easy access from interstate.
Smelt like smoke, very thin sheets.
This hotel was adequate for our needs for one night passing through town. The first room we were given, air didn't work. Second room air worked well but smelt like smoke. We settled for the room because it was late and we were tired. Overall the room was clean. The sheets appeared to be worn out and pretty thin, but clean. Compared to other hotels in the area that are 2 star, this really should have been a 1 star. I have stayed in a couple other hotels in the same area that were 2 star and were much nicer. read more
