Overall, we found this hotel to our liking. We enjoyed the pool outside before it started raining and then the inside pool. Out room was very comfortable. My wife doesn't climb stairs well and they always accommodate us with a room by the ground floor entrance. They are great. We will be back again.

It smelled like a kitty litter box.

My room was very clean and was appointed well with a fridge, microwave, desk, and recliner.
Public restroom was dirty, fixtures were broken, paper towels on counter and dispenser always empty.

The room was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub areas looked nice and clean, but no pool furniture available (chairs, tables, towel storage). I had a 2 day business class in the meeting room. It was fine. The only public restroom had broken stall dividers, broken trash dispensers in the stall which poked your arm if you weren't careful. Toilet paper was never put in correctly it was just laying on any available surface. Trash was full until 10 am. The paper towel dispenser was automated and always empty, the paper towels were just stacked on the counter. The manager never smiled or asked how things were, very stoic. Housekeeping staff avoided me and did not speak English. Very awkward experience overall. read more

Beds were somewhat hard.

The outside of the hotel looks dated but the inside is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds were a little hard but not too bad. Conveniently located next to I-25. However not many shops or restaurants nearby.

It was clean and all the rooms opened on an inside hall. It was located on the main inter - state. The personal at 12AM was awake and alert and efficient.

Front desk personnel were extremely friendly/helpful.

We were very comfortable there. The morning breakfast was adequate. My dog was welcome with no extra charge.
