Hotel was nice, a bit smaller than the La Quintas I am accustomed to. But the price was good and the room was nice.

High speed internet worked really good.
Partier in the room next door (2 complaints), and really hard beds.

The hotel was not in an easy to find location, the staff was friendly, but I complained twice about the partier next door and was told the noise policy was 10 pm (manager is sending me a certificate for free night at any La Quinta). Room was clean and efficient, but not overly comfortable. High speed wireless worked very good.

We were given a room that was not in give-able condition

The headboards for each bed were off the wall and on the beds - for some reason. Strange. Had to move the heavy headboards onto the floor. The heavy dresser (with the TV on it) was pulled out into the middle of the room - we had to move it back against the wall. The newly installed thermostat didn't control the heater/cooler - had to still use the dial on the unit to control it even though there were instructions specifically saying to use the newly installed thermostat. There were no blackout curtains. That was the worst part of all of this. Had light shining in the room all night and barely any privacy through the see-through curtains. Plus, the daylight as the Sun came up the next morning. And, someone had the wrong room and pounded on our door at 5:00 am. Neither my wife nor I slept much at all that night. read more

None.

Some neg comments include hard to locate (but if you have GPS, it's not a problem)and being close to RR tracks with trains blowing horn all night. Trains' horns you can hear from a distance and was not really bothersome. But the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby and friendliness of staff. It also offers free breakfast with waffles, muffins, cereal, bagels and fruits. Arrived quite late, though, and it took awhile before someone answered the night buzzer and opened the front door for us. However, will stay there again next time. read more
