Convenient location and friendly staff.
Room maintenance was very poor.

We checked in late, possibly leading to problems, as the hotel was nearly full. The first room had a stopped toilet. We were switched to a second room, which had evidence of poor maintenance, including a loose toilet seat, leaky faucets, non functional TV remote. In their defense, my wife got a sympathetic ear plus a certificate for a free night at a future date.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room had a toilet overflow, could not get fixed.

The hotel was just okay. We had a over flowing toilet before heading to a 6:30 am hospital appointment. We were unable to shower, shave, brush our teeth, fix hair or apply makeup for the day. We both felt dirty when we left for the hospital. The hotel staff was very apologetic and moved us to another room. They said they could make a note of our incident.

This hotel was perfect. Perfect loation, great staff and nice facility.
Liked the whole experience.

Hotel was in perfect location in Gainesville. Hotel was very nice and pool was nice also. Everything you need is within 10 minutes, from food, shopping, gas etc. If ever in Gainesville again I will be SURE to stay at this hotel.

Clean and convenient.
Remote control for TV didn't work.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Very convenient to shopping, movie theaters and restaurants.
