Clean and safe environment
Maid service came at 8:30 am to clean thinking we had already checked out. No sign visible from freeway entrance.
Hotel was relatively easy to get to for it being in Houston but is kinda hidden behind other bussinesses there is no sign visible from NW Freeway but if you use GPS it takes you right to it. Was clean and staff was polite. Only problem was maid service came at 8:30 am to clean because she mistakenly thought we had already checked out luckly i was awake so I wasn't upset.

The Hotel was just fine, no problems with the hotel itself.
I did not get the size bed I requested, very disappointed!
My husband and I really enjoyed the hotel. We have stayed there before and we really do love it. We like to stay at such places when we need a good nights rest before court the next day. So we were extremely disappointed when we couldn't get the King Size we requested. We stayed in the room anyway, but had to sleep in separate beds. Not used to doing that. Very disappointed!

Easy access to the major highways.
Bath tub did not drain well, coffee maker was broken, light switch by the bed was broken.
The location of the hotel was not very clear. I had to drove around for a while because I did not see sign from the service road that I was driving. Also, there were quite few problems in my room, such as coffee maker was bronken, bath tub was draining very slow, light switch between the beds was broken, the desk that had TV on was broken. I understand that I was staying for a day, so it was not super big deal, but I was expecting the room to be more in order. read more

Amazing for a 2* hotel! Easily compares to Courtyard
No restaurant
Quite a nice place. Free breakfast as good as Residence Inn.
Room spacious, extremely quiet. Plenty of nice towels.
No restaurant in the hotel -- but several nearby.
Also, no broadband internet access (even though I picked up many wireless links -- all were secure).
Would not hesitate to stay there again
