It was real close to where I was going.

When we arrived tired from an 8-hour drive, ready to rest a few minutes before going to a Funeral Home. The room the lady issued to us was still dirty. I had to go back to the desk and ask for another room. She stated she was sorry and would give me a better room, but it was in a little corner where there was not any parking in front of the room. What I could not understand was that there seemed to be no guest because the rest of the parking lot was empty. read more

Like how clean it was kept.
Parking lot could of been more secure. Rooms were not very sound proof.

The hotel has a very friendly staff that puts any visitor at ease. Located nicely for any activity in Laredo. Enjoy the very clean rooms.

The rooms are so small and the shower was so high, you had to hold on to something to get out.

It was everything we hoped for.

I would stay here again. Very secure, including the parking lot. It was the perfect place to spend the night before we crossed over the border into Mexico to continue our journey to Cozumel. The staff was great and
very helpful.

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful.
I liked everything!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we were extremely satisfied with the handicapped accommodations in the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, as the entire staff is very helpful and professional. Very convenient.

The price was the best for a hotel like that.
Difficult to find parking.

The hotel was great for the price. The only thing that I didn't like is that I had difficulties in getting a space there. There were some trucks that occupied two spaces. Besides that I would recommend this hotel for the price.

Very conveniently located. Great continental breakfast.
The bath tub was too high. Hard to get into when you are elderly or overweight.

I really liked the hotel. However, the bath tub was too high. My mother and I had a difficult time getting in and out of it. Other than that, I would stay there again and request handicapped bath tub.
