Shabby appearance, smoking room.

Upsides: convenient location, pet friendly, comfortable beds. Downsides: Shabby appearance, bathroom door that kept getting stuck. Room was a smoking room - I'm not a smoker. I took it because it was 2 am & I was exhausted from dealing with movers & then a 9 hour drive.

Location was excellent with easy access to I-10 and a selection of fast food restaurants.

We were very pleased with the hotel's location and proximity to gas stations and fast food restaurants. The room was clean, in good repair and very quiet considering its location near a busy interstate highway.

It was clean enough and accommodating enough for what we were needing and expecting. We really value clean!!
Someone left their dog in their room unattended late at night. It barked for hours, and staff could do nothing but offer us another room.

The pool wasn't working the day we arrived; big disappointment, as we were waiting for that. When we got back to the hotel from our meetings the second day, the pool was full. As our room faced the courtyard, we were able to hear the full pool being enjoyed. You may want to ask for a room that doesn't face the courtyard, as the pool is open 24 hours, when it is in working order. read more
