Location to interstate.
Room wasn't ready had a steam cleaner in middle of floor.
I tried to rent a movie and had to pay a $20.00 deposit for a $12.99 movie. Front desk was a bit short with me. Front desk clerk in the AM was very polite during checkout. I asked for a receipt that I paid for my filing and was told I couldn't get one.

Good bed - clean room.
Bathroom commode was stopped up.
When we first went into the room we checked and flushed the commode and it ran over on the floor and I then went to the front desk and reported the problem and was given a bag of towels and a plunger. There was only one person on duty so I did not get help with the commode. I tried the plunger with out success and the water ran out on the floor so I quit messing with it and went to bed. The next morning I again reported the issue with the front desk and checked out. The one employee came over while I was having breakfast and took my home address and said she would send me a coupon for a room and a La Quanta motel. I am now waiting for the coupon, I was tired when I checked in and after discovering the plugged commode the staff member should have give me another room instead of a bag of towels and a plunger. read more

The location, right off the highway, was good.
The cleanliness was just not there, the hotel is old and not kept up.
Aside from not being very clean, this hotel needs some extreme renovation because it is very old and you can tell it. The walk ways were never swept or if they were, it was not a very good job. The bathroom was very dirty and the stool did not work normally.

I didn't feel that it was located in a good area!
I did not stay at the hotel. I did drive down there, but was not pleased with the area so I did not even get out to see what the hotel was like. I ended up driving back to Bossier City, La.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and personable.
Loud people in other rooms or in parking lot.
This hotel was by far the least clean from others we would have stayed in. I do not think I will stay here again or recommend it to others.

The layout and cleanliness of the room.
The continental breakfast was unattended to, garbage full, coffee empty and supplies short.

The maid was very friendly, she let the kids help her.
The front desk staff was unprofessional and breakfast crowded.
The hotel rooms were very small, old and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. My husband and I are just getting over a sore back 3 days later and we're young and athletic.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
No fitness room, very noisy room, low end breakfast.
A clean, economical hotel for business travelers. Noisy environment with cars pulling up to your room during the night and hitting their horn alarms, and there is not much healthy on the breakfast menu. Great staff who are both friendly and helpful. Needs an upgrade and a fitness room.

Nothing.
The motel is within a few hundred yards of a railroad crossing.
If you don't want to sleep at night, the hotel is fine. It was fairly clean, but the trains came by every hour all night long.

Close to the mall.
No privacy and random people walking by and talking outside.
Not a place for a large family to stay and we found a man in our room when we got back from shopping.
