The layout and cleanliness of the room.
The continental breakfast was unattended to, garbage full, coffee empty and supplies short.

The motel is within a few hundred yards of a railroad crossing.

If you don't want to sleep at night, the hotel is fine. It was fairly clean, but the trains came by every hour all night long.

Proximity to interstate and university.
Bathroom light did not work and ants on the door when we left.

I was not overly impressed with the hotel for the availability of the room, location of the hotel and the price. Also, I am not sure if the area is the safest as there seemed to be quite a bit of police activity near the hotel.

Our room did not have a clean/fresh smell when I checked in.

Friendly staff.
The bed was very worn out; the TV channel selection was terrible.

Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The rooms could have used some improvements. The beds were terrible and the TV selection was not good at all just basic local channels. They were very helpful in getting me a room where I asked I wanted close to the front and the got that for me.

Great staff. Helpful. Motel is pretty rundown. Beds sagged. No restaurant.

Smelled like it was close to a sewer treatment.

When looking at the beds, there was a definite sway to them. Mattresses need updated. The shampoo had been used out of. Set up of the room was nice and the sheets were clean.

In a convenient spot in the city.
Bathroom could have been cleaner and beds could be larger and softer.

It was mostly good. The convenience of it's location is a definite plus. The bathroom needs work but the rest of the room was in good shape. The full size beds seem small.

We ended up not staying there. The room was nasty. Very bad neighborhood. When I made my request, I asked for West Monroe. It came back as Monroe.

Very clean.
The room didn't have a refrigerator ,an iron ,and microwave I really didn't like that at all

the hotel were nice but no parking space to park your car and disappointed about the room didn't have a refrigerator, microwave nor and iron ,but had a ironing board ,the hotel staff were very nice except they didn't have enough microwaves for every room.
