The bed was very comfortable and sheets, etc. were clean.
The continental breakfast was less than average.

Overall, we got exactly what we paid for. It was a safe-feeling, comfortable place to stay. The elevator was extremely slow, so we took the stairs every trip (we were on the second floor, so no big deal). The hallways were hot and smelled like smoke. The staff was adequate, but not customer-service oriented. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time at the beach. It's a 20 minute drive from the beach. For anyone planning to spend most of their time in the city, the location is perfect. read more

Sounds from room to room were loud---didn't sound like there was any insulation in walls.

Air conditioning in room was not working---called the front desk and no one would answer the phone. Husband went down to desk...two girls standing there talking...they couldn't help with ac problem, said it was controlled by the motion of your hand. Went back upstairs, tried it again...did not work..called front office, again no answer...went back down to desk and asked for a different room which they gave us....second room did not have a remote in it for TV...never tried to get front desk to get one as we figured we would get same response as with AC problem. We are easy to please folks, but this was not a good reservation!!! read more

Breakfast was awesome!
Being called in the middle of the night to ask if it was my dog barking (it wasn't). Carpet could have been deep cleaned. Need an updated TV.

Great.

We liked the continal breakfast it saved our family a lot of money.
The walls outside the room had no wall paper in places and the hallway smelled bad.

The rooms were nicely laid out but you could tell that the upkeep of the rooms has started to slip but as for as affordability it was still a pretty, nice stay.

The lobby was nice, and the employees.
The rooms were in need of update.

The rooms were in need of update, but the pillows and bed were comfortable. However, I would not return to this hotel due to it looking shabby.

Clean, Friendly, Pet Friendly. Decent gym for a lower rated hotel.
Too far away from the Panama City strip. Poor toiletries.

It was a pleasant stay. They need to be better with the toiletries. More giving.
