The bed was very firm and supportive.
Shower water temperature was uncontrollable.

Our stay was prompted by a sudden trip caused by the terminal hospitalization of my mother. I was not aware of the lesser rates for a relative related hospital visit. The shower temperature was either ice cold or scalding hot-no in between. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. We did not like the sink location which was outside the bathroom. I was surprised by the fluctuating daily rates, which were explained as the result of supply and demand. read more

Though check-out is at noon, maids seemed anxious to get into room before then.

A no frills place to stay. Pet-friendly is a big plus; means no boarding at home and having the companionship of pet while traveling. Rooms and grounds show no signs of wear from pets of others who have stayed.

Check-in was effortless and very friendly Room was very quiet.
Continental breakfast was not well stocked nor a lot of choices.

Very polite and easy check-in. Room was spacious and entire hotel was very clean. Room was very quiet and we never even heard anyone in the hallways. Hotel was right off Northway exit. Easy access to SUNY Plattsburgh. Overall a great experience and a great deal priceline!!

Close to destination, clean and the right price.
TV picture was too dark & not adjustable - Time to replace?

Good service. Pleasant staff. Nice, clean room. Change the alarm clocks though, the buttons made no sense at all - did not sound in the a.m. Tried to phone for a wake-up call - all automated, with little feedback and no luck there either. We were on our own to get up on time.

Rug being dirty, that you have to wear shoes to walk in the room is not very attractive.

Comfortable bed, internet access, nice continental breakfast and great location.
Having our room on the second floor, not enough TV channels.

This hotel could almost be 3-star rated. It had a swimming pool, comfortable beds, internet access at one of their computers for 15 minutes at a time, great location and very good service. This hotel is highly recommended.

Close to all major roads but not so close you hear road noise

Staff friendly and grounds, public areas and rooms very clean. I did not have time to use the pool but I noticed several families having a good time and the pool looked very inviting.
