Nothing. Staff was snotty.
First room they gave me had no working air conditioner.

Breakfast was minimal. They didn't even clean previous days syrup off of the tables. I'll never stay there again.

The staff were very friendly. I asked about the closest book store and the guy at the front desk went well out of his way to find one for me.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and big. The staff were very friendly and even went out of their way to find the closest Borders book store for me. The wake up call was on time. The complimentary breakfast was really good (I love a place that has waffles!) however some protein like sausage or bacon would have made it great.

Convenient to Doctors at Duke and Pain Clinic!
Breakfast was good, but too crowded for self service.

Next time we will book our stay directly with the hotel. No hassle with priceline. Also there was a place to request a 10% refund with priceline, but it not allow the request to go through for the refund. Priceline should not raise the price(twice) while in the middle of completing the reservation. The price-hike was raised twice during our telephone conversation while making our reservation. Once a reservation starts, the price should not change for that person until the end of the service. The hotel was hardly booked when we arrived on 8/31/09. read more

We booked this hotel at the last minute while we were on vacation. We had asked for a nonsmoking room though we found it to be a smoking room. The front desk quickly found another room that more than met our expectations.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, courteous and the continental breakfast was delicious.
I just wished that our room had a small refrigerator (couldn't afford that one).

The hotel was very clean and that is most important. The continental breakfast was very good. The front desk was very helpful when we asked for directions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to be when your in an unfamiliar city and need a place to stay.

Always clean, neat and includes the breakfast.
I can hear people above me such as using the bathroom - water running,, flushing is OK but urinating sound was a bit much.

My third time, always on the weekend which is very quiet in Reasearch Triangle. I wish it was closer to shops and activity but they make up for it in good prices for a very nice room and continental breakfast.
