Rooms were not really clean around base of toilet.

I like La Quinta, have stayed in them before but was really disappointed with how dirty elevators floors were, back doors open late at night, won't go to this one again.

Clean, neat, location to relatives, calming grounds to relax.
Handicap parking further from door than expected with some stairs.

This will probably be our new hotel to stay in Redding. Price was reasonable. The room and grounds were better than other hotels in the area. Even though this is a family friendly hotel, it was soundproof in the room.

The staff was quite friendly and the rooms were clean. The swimming pool was also very clean.
If you got two beds, you had to have two doubles. My wife and I were crammed but my brother in law was quite comfortable.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with most amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great.
I cannot think of anything

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and much larger than I expected. The selection of television channels was actually very good as well. The air conditioner was a welcome relief from the 100 degree temperature outside. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable, and the breakfast area was surprisingly pleasant.

The beds were comfortable the room decor was maintained and up to date.
The coffee, stained carpets needed cleaning. Outside our room was a smell of wet stale cigarette butts (we were near the door to outside).
