They were extremely accommodating with my need to check out late, and shuttling me to the train instead of the airport.
There was no information specific to the hotel provided in the room (e.g check out times, breakfast hours).

Staff was warm, friendly, down to earth and happy to answer any questions I had. Room was clean. Breakfast was actually pretty good considering there were a variety of choices as cereal, yogurt, waffles, muffins, bread/toast, etc.

Free shuttle to smf and a great breakfast!

The free shuttle to smf airport leaves at 5:00 and goes till 10pm The breakfast is real nice. The Belgium waffle maker is worth it all. Highly recommend, this hotel rooms are smaller but clean and well worth the price tag.

It was a decent place to stay and met our basic needs.
The towels were scimpy and coarse. The coffee was pretty bad. Bed had slight roll toward middle.

Clean and adequate.

Easy freeway access, clean, good beds and

Hot tub was out of order and
pool was not sparkling clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Traveling with two young kids and felt this was a family friendly place to stay.

It was the worst
I have ever stayed at.

The walls were moldy. There was a dirty bandage on the fire alarm. There were bugs and cob webs in the room. Dirty cups and straws. The floor was not vacuumed. It was just not good at all especially for kids. Many health code violations.

Parking in good proximity to rooms.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. For as close to the freeway and busy park full of weekenders the hotel was quiet and didn't feel like it was in the middle of a busy area. The room was comfortable (including the beds). I will stay at this location again.
