Large vanity area in bathroom, convenient location.
No electrical outlets at right end of vanity, rendering it useless. Would like soy mild option at breakfast.
Good place to stay. It is an older property built when outside room entrances were common (I prefer the inside room entrances). It is very clean and well kept with courteous staff.

The pleasantness of the staff.
Service was excellent, the physical plant was pleasurable, and access to shopping venues was great.

The location was perfect!
The bathroom.
When we arrived the room that was given to me was unmade and I was shocked, but when I returned to the front desk, I was quickly attended to and was given a different room with no questions asked. I also requested a crib for my room, old and it was delivered to my room with no questions asked. The gentleman even set up the crib for me so that we did not have to struggle with it. read more

Nothing. Couldn't get out fast enough.
Filthy, worst place I've ever been in.
A disgrace.
Unclean, in a poor area of town. Staff was ok, but this facility should be reported for poor sanitary conditions.

Nothing.
Everything.
The room was muggy everything cramped together. The bathroom was not well equipped with towels, toiletries and other miscellaneous that you find.

It was close to a number of restaurants and Sea World.
The maids were obnoxious and knocked on the door 10 times before 10:00 AM.
It was perfect for what I was looking for. It was close to Sea World, cheap, decently nice, and comfortable.

Close proximity to Sea World!
Basic upkeep was not up to par.
The location was good, close to Sea World and places to eat. The bathroom sink would not drain and the rubber matting in the bathtub was pulling up and away from the tub. The pool was supposed to be open by 10:00 am but was not, even after the front desk was reminded to unlock the gate.

Just the location.
The room was to small and the comforts are too old.
Don't like.

Prompt service, cleanness of room.
Bed, room locks, no safe, no fridge.
Bedding accommodations were not asked, as a couple, we wanted a king and was given 2 full size beds. When I stayed in other hotels, the front lobby receptionist would ask what type of bed we would like. Also the key entry to the room is outdated. It works on a punch hole card and you have to insert very firmly to get it open. Without a room safe and the hotel being more of a motel, I did not feel safe leaving the laptop in the room. The continental breakfast could have a little more selection. I mean, it's got a waffle maker but no scrambled eggs or beacon. read more
