Motel style, needs to be renovated, poor breakfast.

We did not like this hotel(motel). It was by far the worst hotel. The hotel has multiple buildings all of which you enter, your room from outside. The room had a old feeling and the bathroom was very small. The only thing we liked about the room was the very large bed however the bed spread disgusting.

Convenient location.
Bathroom not clean.

I was on a second floor with a toddler which made it tough - especially when the door keys didn't work the second night and I had to go all the way back to the front desk with bags and my son! It would have been nice for the front desk person to help me when she saw I was struggling.

Stafe rude and not helpful.

This hotel was not very clean. We called ahead just hours before and asked did they have a pool and was told yes. This was a big reason we chose to stay there. When we got there and we were only going to be there for a day and drove 6 hours to get there for the kids to be able to swim we were told the pool was out of service.

This hotel was close to interstate and eating establishments and the staff were friendly even though some of the guest in the lobby were not.
Everything was really pretty nice.

My wife and I were looking for a pet friendly hotel. Upon check in things were very busy. We had to wait to be checked in. The staff was really courteous and friendly. The room was clean and already cooled which was nice coming off a hot interstate. I would recommend this hotel and will probably stay again in the future.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast!
I had to wait for 30minutes to check-in to my room as it was not ready. Room was stinky with cigarette smell.

Overall a good stay, but not the best.

Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the interstate.

A clean and quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all facilities worked with no problems. The WiFi signal was excellent as each room had it's own access point.

Not clean! Stayed at this chain before with no issues, this location is nasty! Brown toilet, no toliet paper, mildew, mold!

I have stayed at this chain before and never had any issues, this location is nasty! It is filthy. We arrived late and walked into a room with a brown toilet, no toilet paper, mold and mildew. When we went to breakfast in the morning I was asked how our stay was, I let her know that it was unacceptable and she was rude, acted like it was my problem. Like I was bothering her by letting her know the room and hotel was not up to par. read more
