Very friendly staff and great breakfast!
I had to wait for 30minutes to check-in to my room as it was not ready. Room was stinky with cigarette smell.

Overall a good stay, but not the best.

Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the interstate.

A clean and quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all facilities worked with no problems. The WiFi signal was excellent as each room had it's own access point.

Not clean! Stayed at this chain before with no issues, this location is nasty! Brown toilet, no toliet paper, mildew, mold!

I have stayed at this chain before and never had any issues, this location is nasty! It is filthy. We arrived late and walked into a room with a brown toilet, no toilet paper, mold and mildew. When we went to breakfast in the morning I was asked how our stay was, I let her know that it was unacceptable and she was rude, acted like it was my problem. Like I was bothering her by letting her know the room and hotel was not up to par. read more

Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was empty of items at 9am. Room was very small, but efficient. Again the staff was awesome. I would stay there again.

Excellent location off interstate.
Desk clerk were borderline rude, felt like we were bothering them by asking questions.

Clean enough to be acceptable, great location, well lit,felt secure, would stay again in spite of desk clerks who need training in customer service!

The staff was excellent.
Sold out and was locked up and could not access a microwave or it needs a microwave in the room.

The hotel is well run and staff was excellent. Only draw back no fridge or microwave in the room.

It was in a convient location.
It is in desperate need of renovations.

I found this hotel to be ok. The front desk was friendly. It was in a good location, but the bathroom was in need of renovation. All the plumbing was starting to come out fromt the wall. Carpet was stained and sticky.

It was easy to get in and out of hotel. Location was ok for what
I wanted.
Not to clean in and outside of hotel. didn't recieve any of my wake up calls.

Hotel is older needs move work done on it. Asked for wake up calls for both days and never got any. I even asked the front desk about it on the first day and clerk acted like she could care less. On the second day still no wake up call. Staff acted like it was nothing.

My 9 month old crawled on the floor and her knees, feet and hands were black from the dirt!

This hotel served its purpose for our short weekend stay. The staff did not seem to have it all together and our room key stopped working and we had to have it reactivated. My 9 month old crawled around the hotel room when we first arrived and her knees, feet, and hands were black from all the grime she picked up on the floor!
