The room was clean.

They were not very accommodating. I am disabled and wanted a ground floor room and they booked me on 1st floor in a disabled room and instead when I got there at 3:00AM, I was given a room on the 3rd. Floor. not happy at all. They told me that there was NO reservation for me in a handicapped room. This made me very upset. And I still did not get my difference of price for the room. read more

We stayed in a handicapped room.r on my knees.

Our room and bathroom needed repair and was not very clean.

Other then electricity and internet, there was really nothing that great about it.
The door locks, location, facilities, neighborhood, and lighting.

The exterior doors had trouble shutting, and the locks were older then I am. I am not a fan of hotels where the rooms exit into an outside walkway rather then a hallway, that seems like a major security problem, especially in a neighborhood where there are sirens going off all night long. I will never be staying there again.

The staff was great and the room was clean.
Noisy motel on the highway.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but that cannot make up for its location.

Very friendly staff. Even though the hotel was on a very busy highway, I did not hear traffic noise. The driveway was a little hard to find at first.
