Nothing and would definitely use this hotel again.

Staff was very efficient and friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful with area questions. Breakfast was good, nothing to over stuff you.

Budget friendly.
Telephone service at nighttime - answering machine is annoying.

The hotel was strategically located near Boston and Cambridge. It is very accessible to public transportation. The shuttle service is very helpful to commute people to and from the hotel to the subway and bus stations.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
Thermostat on air conditioner did not work properly. We finally shut it off because we were too cold, even with it set on 80 degrees.

The hotel needs refurbishing. It is clean, but worn looking. Furthermore, it is really too far from the airport to be listed as an "airport hotel." The shuttle is old and smells like stale cigarettes.

Bed was extremely comfortable, complete privacy, was a 10 minute drive from downtown Boston.

Great room for the price. Priceline handled everything- literally just showed up and was handed the room key. Very comfortable beds, and a short drive from downtown Boston. Ridiculously awesome water pressure. Free highspeed internet in the room as well. Was better than what I expected for what I paid!
