Excellent continental breakfast, very quiet and restful.
Understaffed at the front desk, the poor girl could not keep up with phone, customers, etc all at once.

Very nice, great breakfast, no complaints except the under staffing of the front desk.

The maintenance guy was nice.
Front desk was rude and unaccommodating.

Front desk was uncaring about the fact that we paid for a double bed no smoking room. We were forced to take a king size bed and a cot, in a room that had a shower but no tub. There was nothing to prevent the shower water from going all over the bathroom. It was dangerous for my 80 year old mother mother as well as myself. When maintenance did come to view this problem, they never came back to put up some kind of barrier. We never saw him again. Not pleased at all with the hotel room or location. read more

Breakfast OK but needs friendlier staff and better sinage.

Good for an overnight stay before an early departure from Douglas Airport.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, decent service.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel had a few maintenance items that need to be cared for, but overall it is in decent shape. I don't often stay in hotels, but I would definitely recommend this hotel even to the pickiest of travelers. The rooms were not suite-quality but I didn't feel claustrophobic either as the layout is fairly open.

Friendly staff, easy to find, clean rooms.
Did not really take action of the very noisy people in the next room.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Did have a problem with very loud people next door and we were not able to go to sleep until 5:00 am. Did call down to the front desk 3 times. Also instead of crediting back some money, they kept taking it out of my account and that is an issue I am still trying to resolve!
