Very nice personnel who see to my needs.
As a business traveler, it would be nice to have a meal and a drink at the motel.

This motel is very clean with accommodating personnel. The pool is not heated but the whirlpool is very nice. The beds are comfortable but not the pillows. The airport shuttle is a huge plus!

It was a great location for what we needed. Everything was perfect. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel.

The check in staff were not prepared and not very helpful in solving problems.

Nice hotel, some of the hall carpet needed to be replaced. Rooms were very nice. Hotel staff were not very professional.

The bed was comfortable. I liked the duvet cover instead of a bedspread.
The business center was dirty and the computers were out of date.

The price of the room exceeded the quality of the room. The room had cheap accessories. There were cheap chairs and cheap paintings on the wall. The window unit style air conditioning system, uncomfortable chairs, out-of-date television. They are advertising that they are on the cutting edge of technology with WiFi in every room, but this is not in keeping with outdated rooms that are offered. read more

Soft bed, great breakfast, cleanliness, clean towels, nice pool, friendly staff, relax and comfortable lobby.

Overall is great ! I would stay again in this hotel for our next trip to Dallas/Irving.

The airport shuttle was hourly not available.

We specifically asked about an airport shuttle when when we called the hotel, and was told yes, it was available. When we arrived and asked when the shuttle left in the morning for the airport, it was "Did you reserve a seat? sorry, it's full. The next shuttle was an hour later after it was possible to catch our flight.

The staff was exceptionally nice upon arrival. Even made a compliment about my purse.
The beds were full beds instead of queens...a little small toshare with a child.

We had a very early flight out of DFW the next morning and this was the perfect location. With such a good price I was not expecting such a great hotel. The rooms were very nice, there was in room internet service and although we left too early they have a free breakfast.

Unfortunately, many young soccer players who were noisy but not excessive.

Convenient, close to DFW (airport), clean.
