All staff were most helpful, accommodating and friendly. They gave suggestions regarding restaurants-excellent!
Could use newer, firmer pillows.

The hotel staff went far above and beyond to be helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Towels & bedding were a good quality, and the heating worked well. The shower head was a good force also. Suggestions of restaurants, sightseeing, etc. were excellent. Also providing transportation to restaurants with a 5 mile radius was great. I'll stay here again whenever I go to New Haven. read more

Shuttle service!

The shuttle service was a HUGE benefit for our stay! The driver was attentive, helpful and willing to drop off and pick up at our convenience. He was great for anyone visiting Yale, I highly recommend this hotel.

Standard King room had a suite-like atmosphere--very spacious.

Only a 5 minute drive (if that!) from Yale University. Very clean, very spacious room, plus solid amenities for the price. Very please with our experience!
