Staff was as accommodating as possible.
The road construction around the hotel made it inconvenient depending on the way you return to hotel.

We drove into town and arrived early Saturday morning. The staff was very accommodating in setting us up with a clean room and made sure we were comfortable. But, I hope this matter was addressed to the staff. Room was very nicely put together. New and nice.

The staff was very professional and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
Some kids staying there made a lot of noise late at night and a huge mess.

The hotel was excellent! Decor is up-to-date with beautiful colors and great style. We were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our room and bath. Everything in the room worked properly. The complimentary breakfast was very good and very well laid out. The hotel pool looked inviting but we did not get to use it because of rain. The grounds were nice but some weeding and yard maintenance was needed. The staff was great. My only complaint was some of the kids staying at the time we were made a lot of noise late at night and then left a huge mess around the pool area and in the hallways on the main floor and the floor we were staying on. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. read more
