The size of the room is great and the workout room with waffles was terrific. The location is splendid.
Everything was fine.

Friendly staff, especially the night lady auditor, who also helped out with breakfast. There were so many people and she still manage to have a smile. The rooms are nice and was quite.

Quiet location away from tourist areas. Staff was pleasant even after we requested to change rooms three times for different reasons when we arrived.
I think I would return to this hotel, if I was staying by myself, but not with my spouse because it was not very romantic or special.

It was clean enough and the down comforter was nice. Pillow top beds were comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were hidden under the TV cabinet so we didn't discover them right away. Overall I would stay at this hotel again for business or by myself but not with my spouse because it was not very romantic. It fit the budget.

My room wasn't that clean.

Everything was fine. My husband and I stayed twice before this last visit and it seemed much better then, and much cleaner. My room wasn't that clean. There were hairs left in the bathroom, I even found a hair on a wash cloth, and there was something brown and strange looking on the phone next to the bed. It was like a chunk of something. Other than that, it was okay.

Staff was polite. Room was large. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the room had a microwave & mini fridge. Also, liked that it was close to shopping and entertainment.

It was fine.

The room was clean. Room service was even better. Amenities were in good shape and the hot tub (spa) had a machine that would help any handicap person to get into the hot tub which was pretty cool since usually you don't often see handicap people enjoying a nice hot tub.
