It was next to a subway.
My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Pool too small.
The hotel is fine for a night or two. The breakfast was good, but it was not great, but it was not bad. Their gym could use weights and the pool is too small.

Receptionist was very helpful. The lady who kept the breakfast room supplied and cleaned was excellent.
This was not my first experience with La Quinta so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. As usual it pretty much met my expectations. The hotel was well located for us since we attended a wedding and the reception. It was relatively close to downtown also.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, efficient and staff was very helpful and friendly. It actually had the look and feel of an upscale hotel. Anything we needed was right there, and if not, someone was there to bring it to us.

I liked the general location and it was a very nice room.
The view was not that good and we did not pay much for it. The breakfast bar was a little disappointing.
I would stay there again. We liked the location.

Surprisingly clean.
Pretty noisy but tolerable.
We were very pleased with how clean the hotel was. The free breakfast was sufficient and the staff was friendly.

Location.
Seems like they're economizing on breakfast, OJ watered down, no sweet rolls.
It was what I expect from a 2 1/2 star business class hotel: nice, clean, friendly, efficient, comfortable. It had a better cable TV channel selection than I expected but slightly less breakfast than I hoped for.

The hotel had a nice lobby and in general the hotel was very clean.
The hotel was conveniently located. It was a short drive to the waterfront, restaurants, shopping and to nearby beaches and Longboat Key. There was a beautiful park overlooking the bay and Longboat Key a few blocks from the hotel. However, one afternoon I did not feel very safe alone - there were some young guys hanging around with a pit bull.

Had a microwave & refrigerator in room.
Wood floor in room was sticky from previous client.
Overall friendly and nice environment. Bath areas a bit dark, carpeting and wood floors needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Beds were comfortable and nicely padded.

beautiful interior spaces, well maintained facility, breakfast provided and free internet was great
only vending machines were on first floor
we enjoyed the hotel. It was in an area we felt safe in and was centrally located to the sites we wanted to see. It was tastefully decorated and appeared well maintained. We used both the free breakfast and the internet. It was very convenient to have those available. We would definitely return.
