It was in close proximity to the WSU/Vancouver campus.

Very Clean facility, and homey (loved the fireplace) , friendly/helpful desk staff.

This hotel was great. The desk clerk printed us out mapquest directions to where we wanted to eat and when we returned from our concert , and the ice machine was out of ice the desk person went offered to get us ice fro the kitchen. It was an overall pleasant experience. We have already recommended this hotel to others.

Fountain and lobby is beautiful - rooms refurbished & nice.
Not able to get front desk - tried 3 times over an hour.

Nice location - felt safe - nicely presented complimentary breakfast - bed was amazing and pillows of nice quality.

The room was spacious & clean.
The lighting was poor in the room. Newer hotels provide a sink, vanity & mirror outside the showering area, this one did not. Plus not enough outlets.

The hotel was not as close to our destination as I would have liked.

Very good property.
Did not care for the 4 floor view of an oil trucking station directly behind the hotel.

Spent 5 nights. Very good staff. Front desk staff polite and well-trained. Nice breakfast buffet. Again, very good staff. Facilities are well-maintained and very clean. Cleanliness of bathroom (toilet and sink) not as good as it should be - but this is the only negative.
