Ants in the bathroom.

We arrived and the room was clean. The king size bed was to where you really could not comfortably watch TV because of how the bed was placed. The mattress in the pull out couch was flat and uncomfortable, as well as the legs on the couch were missing making the bed uneven.

The room was huge, well decorated and clean. I was pleasantly surprised.
I would have loved for it to have had a restaurant and lounge. Also more elevators.

I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise. The room was twice as big, nicely decorated and appointed and luxurious. The staff was fast and courteous.

Very clean, very affordable.

The hotel was very clean. The towels in the bathroom were large and soft. Food was good, hotel staff friendly,and close to major attractions. Will stay there again.

The distance from Busch Gardens was short and easy to get to.
There was only one elevator working causing us to back track to our room.

The hotel was nice and clean. The tub floor was slippery and my husband and I both nearly fell. The hot tub was very nice. The hotel did not have a shuttle to Busch gardens but it was close to drive. We drove it in less than ten minutes even with traffic. It is nice hotel for the money.
