I had a problem and general manager was very helpful when I called the next day.
Handicapped room was not wheelchair accessible due to furniture.
My husband is in a wheelchair and we were unable to get his chair through the room (it got through the door). The way the room was set up made it very hard to maneuver his chair. The manager was very pleased that I called and told him what they could do to make room more accessible and seemed willing to make the changes.

Pool was in good shape.
Very dirty. Unsafe location.
This hotel is screaming for a make over. Our room was dirty and musty smelling. We found a dusty sock and cheerios under the edge of the bed. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty with outdated fixtures. The beds were very worn with very little support left.

The swimming pool was great.
The room felt really, really cramped.
The first room smelt of smoke. When I went back to get a different room, they were very nice and accommodated us. The other room was very clean but hardly any room to walk around. Beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect!
