The clerk was very nice.
No refrigerator, no microwave, and the outside are was nasty.
Wouldn't recommend staying here there again.

Location.
Way too over-priced. I was there for business not the football game which they jacked the price up for.
It is a one star hotel.

Cooperative staff.
Shower and bathroom left much to be desired.
Beds were OK. Bathroom was bad. Shower pressure and temperature varied and the fan in the bathroom sounded like it could fly to pieces at any given moment.

Wireless internet did not work in room for three days. Hotel staff did not seem concerned. Only kept saying it should work, but doing nothing about it.
Not what was represented on website. Hotel does not have a street entrance. One must angle in between a building on right and a fence on left. Room not as nice as website. Sheets not changed each day.
