"La Quinta Inn Vancouver Airport is a grand hotel with a double-story atrium style lobby, bell tower centerpiece and unique two-story entry portal and landscaped gardens centered around multiple palm-tree exhibits. The new expansion also features a green roof with guest access patio. (The hotel was a winner in the City of Richmond 2005, 2006 and 2008 Landscape and Gardens Contest - Hotel category.) Modern, clean, windows opened for fresh air and free parking!

I found it was very clean, fresh, modern and bedding was upscale rather than the usual plastic stuff. Bed was large and comfy. Room was quiet. Food was for the most part hot and surprisingly good variety.

It was okay. Nothing more and no less. Fairly close to airport (10-15 minutes) beds were not bad.

I lost my wallet in Montreal, staff was helpful letting us check in without credit card or ID, small cash deposit and looking at our police report from Montreal was good enough.

Staff were all amazing.
The free breakfast was mediocre, but that is the only negative thing I have to say.

Thought I was getting a 2 star "economy" hotel by the airport, but La Quinta turned out to be much more. Beautiful hotel with indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center, nicely sized guestrooms with internet access, and free breakfast in the morning. I was very impressed. Great stopover if you are on the go and need a place to crash for the night. Also loved the free airport shuttle. read more

Good location, near airport and shopping, restaurants.

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Near to the airport and a shoppping. Richmond has a large Asian population and offers many intersting dining option as well.

It was clean and modern.
People were slamming doors during the night. And there were not enough tables for breakfast.

It's a nice, clean hotel and you can easily walk to lots of restaurants. Minor complaints: breakfast area---only about 6 tables. Was full & they didn't have trays so you could take your food to your room. Woke up to doors slamming during the night, but it didn't last long.

Blinds cannot close tight.

The worst hotel stay ever! The blinds cannot be closed tight, the outside light keep coming in at night. Very poor sound proof between rooms. At around 5am, I can hear the kids next door crying, laughing and parents talking.
