No van or car service, no pick-up from airport or bus station.

Dirty!

The first night - the room I was in was dirty, cheeze whiz on doors, walls and floor. Bathtub was unuseable. Second night was better after I requested a better room but would never stay there again.

The bed.
The bathroom.

The bed and pillows were pretty comfy and smelled clean. I hated the bathtub because it was warped on the bottom and it felt like I was standing on Jello. Seriously! Don't take a shower in room unless you want to feel dizzy when you close your eyes to rinse off! Other than that, the free breakfast was normal and pretty good. I had to throw away my yogurt because the side was cracked. I might look around for a different hotel with the same price the next time I go to Wichita Falls TX. read more

We needed a late check out/we got 2 pm/GREAT.
Air conditioning wasn't the best.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and American! Special request for late check out was granted.
