Close to the airport.
Did not provide wake up call as requested. Lucky for me I woke up anyway or I would have missed my flight.

Adequate for a night prior to airline departure, but bring your own alarm clock as you can not rely upon their wake up call system.

Thought it was a tad bit overpriced for what you got.

Had a good shower, good bed was fairly clean overpriced.

This is the second time we've used this hotel people are very nice and the rooms are clean.

It was a typical La Quinta - no surprises, which was good.

Close to airport, easy to access, great shuttle to airport.
Bathroom sink plugged up; staff suggested I fix it myself! Pillows too hard.

Hotel would be fine with softer pillow; however, I was truly taken aback by the female that answered my phone call to the front desk reporting my bathroom sink was not functioning/plugged up. She suggested I fix it myself by jiggling the lever. When I explained to her the second time that in fact, the 'lever' was not connected to the drain stopper, she reluctantly said she'd send someone up to look at it. read more

We were given a handicapped room without warning.

Staff very immature. Handicapped room difficult to maneuver in, especially the bathroom. But generally clean and comfortable. Aircraft noise less than we anticipated.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean and surprisingly quiet considering the location.
The elevator was too slow.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in town to visit our son who lives in downtown Portland. Due to construction downtown, we didn't want to try to maneuver around there, so we stayed at this hotel which is out of town several miles. The wonderful front desk staff shuttled us to the airport in order to catch the MAX train into town, free of charge! We would definitely stay here again! read more

The staff was very good.
I called and requested a smoke free room and they said yes, when I got there there were non left. I get sick with the smell of smoke.
