Smokers will probably like this hotel, precisely because they have smoking rooms. People who are allergic to cigarette smoke and other non-smokers will not appreciate being assigned a smoking room because the staff gave out all the non-smoking rooms, after promising you a non-smoking room. I was exceptionally disappointed in the lack of caring demonstrated by the staff.

I was taken aback by the fact that the rooms utilize3d window units for A/C and not a central unit. It was poor. The room was hot at times, The thermostat did not work properly and the unit was verrry loud. Not good.

My family loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. Your room got cleaned everyday. we loved Texas and that hotel made it better.

The hotel exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I spent a night in a suite. It was clean and spacious. I was able to use the free Internet to plan our next day. The stay was great.

Their computers were down so when we arrived we had to wait in the parking lot 15 minutes. Which normally would not be a big deal except it was 1:30 am., my feet were severely swollen, and the kids were tired.

Overall hotel was nice. 2 things I did not like was the fact that they had pets everywhere. Maybe there was a convention? Secondly, the double beds were full size instead of queen size. Not cool!
